Alcohol, Drug Charges
Kevin Kyle Weiss, 29, of El Campo was charged July 19 with driving while intoxicated second offense and assault causing bodily injury to a family member.
Xavier Llanes, 20, of Wharton was charged July 19 with possession of marijuana.
Mugisha Najib Hood, 25, of Wharton was charged July 20 with public intoxication.
Max Earl Brod, 56, of Boling was charged July 20 with manufacturing/delivering a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
Assault Charges
Desmonae. J. Holmes, 17, of Wharton was charged July 19 with assault causing bodily injury. She was released on bond.
Kevin Rochard Lott, 51, of Wharton was charged July 19 with injury to a child/elderly/disabled person.
Burglary, Theft Charges
Jontae Dapre Graves, 18, of El Campo was charged July 19 with burglary of a habitation, burglary of a building and theft of material.
Other Charges
Jared Joseph Hubenak, 22, of Wharton was charged July 18 with evading arrest and criminal mischief.
Alex Julian Miranda, 36, of Eagle Lake was charged July 18 with driving while license invalid with previous conviction/suspicion/without financial responsibility.
.Reubin Lamont Wiley, 38, of Egypt was charged July 19 with criminal nonsupport.
