Darrell Eugene Edwards Jr., 35, of Wharton was charged July 14 with possession of marijuana. He was released on bond.

Jesse James Chavez, 25, of Rosenberg was charged July 15 with driving while intoxicated. He was released on bond.

Lance Alexander Latson, 37, of El Campo was charged July 15 with manufacturing/delivering a controlled substance, abandoning/endangering a child, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Louis Ramirez, 18, of Houston was charged July 15 with possession of marijuana. He was released on bond.

Harrison Edemir Nieto, 18, of Wharton was charged July 15 with possession of marijuana. He was released on bond.

Jose Maria Vasquez Jr., 33, of El Campo was charged July 16 with driving while intoxicated third or more offense and driving while license invalid with previous conviction/suspicion without financial responsibility.

Latasha Nasha Norman, 36, of Wharton was charged July 16 with public intoxication and resisting arrest/search/transport.

Ericka Olga Martinez-Cazares, 24, of El Campo was charged July 16 with driving while intoxicated. She was released on bond.

Karma Kristen Shepard, 39, of Rosenberg was charged July 16 with driving while intoxicated. She was released on bond.

Kevin Wayne Bolden, 32, of El Campo was charged July 16 with driving while intoxicated, no driver’s license and no motor vehicle liability insurance. He was released on bond.

Ricky Neal Clark, 24, of Victoria was charged July 16 with driving while intoxicated. He was released on bond.

James Landis Cannell, 28, of El Campo was charged July 16 with driving while intoxicated. He was released on bond

Ricardo Cesena, 23, of El Campo was charged July 16 with possession of a controlled substance and driving while intoxicated with an open alcohol container.

Christopher Adam Varin, 34, of Corpus Christi was charged July 16 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

Adriana Quintanilla Hernandez, 48, of Wharton was charged July 17 with driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Kyra Neil Hudgins, 17, of Wharton was charged July 13 with assault causing bodily injury to a family member. She was released on bond.

James D Hicks, 40, of El Campo was charged July 13 with assaulting a family/household member with previous conviction.

David Gaona, 59, of East Bernard was charged July 14 with assaulting a family/household member with a previous conviction. He was released on bond.

Pablo Cebrian, 29, of Boling was charged July 17 with assaulting a family/household member with a previous conviction.

Burglary, Theft Charges

Swan Nicole Cortez, 41, of El Campo was charged July 13 with theft of property with previous conviction. She was released on bond.

Rene Rodriguez Jr., 22, of Wharton was charged July 13 with theft of property. 

Ashley Dashay Herald, 22, of El Campo was charged July 17 with burglary of habitation.

Natividad Martinez II, 39, of Wharton was charged July 18 with assault causing bodily injury to a family member, unrestrained child under 17, no liability insurance and driving while license invalid.

Other Charges

Darryl Jon Bradley Jr., 35, of El Campo was charged July 13 with criminal trespassing. He was released on bond. Macey Lanette Dodd, 29, of Bay City, was charged July 13 with unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Floyd Dewayne Evans, 34, of Wharton was charged July 13 with resisting arrest/search/transport and criminal trespassing. 

Carl Martinez, 32, of El Campo was charged July 14 with reckless driving. He was released on bond.

Shanee Nicole Stephens, 26, of Wharton was charged July 15 with abandonment and endangering a child, manufacturing/delivering a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jordan Benton, 18, of Lake Jackson was charged July 16 with unlawful carrying of a weapon. He was released on bond.

Jeremy Earl Cox, 39, of Reed Springs, MO was charged July 17 with disorderly conduct. He was released on bond.
