Jessie Rodriguez III, 26, of El Campo was charged September 26 with manufacturing/delivering of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Connie Chou, 29, of Corpus Christi was charged September 27 with driving while intoxicated with open alcohol container. She was released on bond.

Assault Charges

Joe Andrew Garcia, 26, of Wharton was charged September 25 with assault of family/household member with previous conviction.

Donald Lee Sonnier Jr., 47, of Palacios was charged September 28 with assault causing bodily injury. He was released on bond.

Burglary, Theft Charges

William Lorenzo Battles Jr., 57 of Wharton was charged September 25 with burglary of habitation and violation of parole.

Cody Rahe White, 35, of Johnson City was charged September 25 with two counts aggravated robbery, two counts burglary of building and three counts theft of property.

Samuel Edward Wilson, 28, of East Bernard was charged September 25 with burglary of building.

Clinton Phillip Johnson, 31, of Wharton was charged September 25 with burglary of habitation, criminal trespass and assault causing bodily injury.

Victoria Ann Garcia, 40, of El Campo was charged September 26 with theft of property with previous conviction.

Keyshawn Demond Taylor, 18, of Wharton was charged September 26 with burglary of habitation.

Allen Ray Rodriguez, 19, of El Campo was charged September 25 with forgery of government/national instrument/money/security and possession of a controlled substance.

Angelica Marie Torres, 19, of East Bernard was charged September 25 with forgery of government/national instrument/money/security and possession of a controlled substance.

Trish Perteet, 36, of El Campo was charged September 26 with criminal trespass. She was released on bond.

Chivis Charda Schooler, 29, of Wharton was charged September 26 with abandoning/endangering a child with intent to return.

Joel Artist Collins, 28, of Wharton was charged September 27 with driving while license invalid with previous conviction/suspicion/without financial responsibility. He was released on bond.
