• Angel Nicole Foreman, 17, of Wharton, was arrested on a tampering/fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair felony warrant charge by the Wharton Police Department at 9:39 p.m., July 1. She was released July 2;
• Shawn Eric Garcia, 30, of Wharton, was arrested on a criminal mischief between $100 and $750 warrant charge by WPD at 10:14 p.m., July 2. He was released July 2;
• Duane Norman Garza, 39 of Wharton, was arrested on an assault family/household member with previous conviction felony charge by WPD at 1:32 p.m., July 1. He was released July 2;Â
• Donnie Tyrone Haynes, 39, of Wharton, was arrested on a violation of parole felony charge and driving while intoxicated warrant charge by WPD at 7:09 p.m., July 2;
• Tre Anthony Munoz, 19, of Wharton, was arrested on a tampering/fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair felony warrant charge, fail to appear misdemeanor warrant charge by WPD at 4:40 a.m., July 2. He was released July 2;Â
• Ladazia Reginalle Austin, 20, of Wharton, was arrested on an assault causes bodily injury family member charge by WPD at 8:12 a.m., July 3. She was released July 4;
• Dustin Lamonte Lewis, 29, of Wharton, was arrested on an assault causes bodily injury family member charge by WPD at 1:36 p.m., July 4. He was released July 5;
• Dustin Lamonte Lewis, 29 of Wharton, was arrested on a burglary of habitation felony charge and violation of bond/protective order charge by WPD at 2:20 p.m., July 5;
• Leonardo Diaz-Pintor, 49, of Wharton, was arrested on a contempt of court: disobedience of court order felony warrant charge by WPD at 7:16 p.m., July 6;
• Domingo Ray Palacios, 27, of El Campo, was arrested on an arson intent damage habitat/place of worship felony warrant and evading arrest detention warrant charge by the Wharton County Sheriff’s Office at 10:03 a.m., July 6;
• Veronica Rodriguez, 31, of Raymondville, was arrested on an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon felony warrant charge and abandon endanger child criminal negligence felony warrant charge by the WCSO at 7:24 p.m., July 6;
• Billy Joeshaun Schooler, Jr., 34, of Wharton, was arrested on a DWI 3rd or more felony warrant charge by WPD at 10:38 p.m., July 6. He was released July 7;
• Billy Floyd Johnson, 54, of Bay City, was arrested on a violation of parole felony charge and a DWI warrant charge by the WCSO at 7:30 a.m., July 7;
• Darryl Wayne Hawthorne, 58, of Kendleton, was arrested on aggravated robbery and evading arrest detention with a vehicle felony charges by the WPD at 9:42 a.m., July 8.
• Tre Anthony Munoz, 19, of Wharton, was arrested on a theft of a firearm felony warrant charge by WPD at 7:30 a.m., July 8. He was released July 8;
• Henry Valerio, 61, of Boling, was arrested on an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon felony warrant charge by the Wharton County Sheriff’s Office at 6:15 a.m., July 8. He was released July 8;
• Kobie Latray Washington, 41, of Wharton, was arrested on a failure to ID fugitive intent to give false information charge by WPD at 4:40 a.m., July 8;
• Carlos Vaughn Looper, 27, of Wharton, was arrested on a DWI charge by WPD at 4:22 a.m., July 9. He was released July 9;
• Thomas Ray Felder, 29, of Boling, was arrested on an assault causes bodily injury family member charge by the WCSO at 12:13 a.m., July 7. He was released July 7;

• Vanessa Marie Lavatino, 18, of Wharton, was arrested on an assault causes bodily injury family member charge by WPD at 3:09 p.m., July 12;
• Noe Maldonado, Jr., 48, of El Campo, was arrested on a DWI 3rd or more felony charge by WPD at 2:12 a.m., July 12. He was arrested July 12;
• Augustine Mendoza, Jr., 29, of Louise, was arrested on a sex offenders duty to register life/annually felony warrant charge by the WCSO at 3:30 a.m., July 12. He was released, July 12;
• Tre Anthony Munoz, 19, of Wharton, was arrested on an evading arrest detention with a vehicle felony charge by the WCSO at 3:21 a.m., July 13;
• Alan Torres, 29, of Houston, was arrested on a DWI warrant charge by the WCSO at 9:23 p.m., July 13;
• Casey Douglas Allen, 36, of Shreveport, La., was arrested on a tampering/fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair felony charge by WPD at 9:29Â
• Gernard Raheem Girdy, 25, of Victoria, was arrested on a manufacturing/delivery of a controlled substance Penalty Group 1 between 1-400 grams felony charge and engaging in organized criminal activity felony charge by the WCSO at 7:26 p.m., July 15;
• Ralph McAfee, Jr., 37, of Richmond, was arrested on a tampering/fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair felony charge and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon felony warrant charge, and assault family/household member with previous conviction felony warrant charge by WPD at 2:08 p.m., July 15;
• Jessie Marie Rodriguez, 22, of Victoria, was arrested on a manufacturing/delivery of a controlled substance Penalty Group 1 between 1-400 grams felony charge and engaging in organized criminal activity felony charge by the WCSO at 7:26 p.m., July 15.
