Alcohol, Drug Charges
Gail Russell Bailey Jr., 35, of Wharton was charged September 29 with possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest/search/transport.
Michael Henry Chavez, 49, of El Campo was charged September 29 with two counts possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication.
Jamie Romaine Cunningham, 34, of El Campo was charged September 29 with manufacturing/delivering a controlled substance. He was released on bond.
Leiha Breon Hudlin, 18, of El Campo was charged September 29 with possession of marijuana. She was released on bond.
Richard Lee Hahn, 64, of Wharton was charged September 30 with possession of a controlled substance. He was released on bond.
Marquis Lequon Henderson, 21, of Houston was charged September 30 with possession of marijuana. He was released on bond.
Roger Bernard Johnson, 43, of Wharton was charged September 30 with possession of a controlled substance.
Francisco Adalberto-Galdamez Palma, 40, of Houston was charged September 30 with driving while intoxicated. He was released on bond.
Demonta Deshawn Collins, 22, of Kendleton was charged October 1 with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, evading arrest/detention, evading arrest/detention with a vehicle or watercraft, no insurance and assault of family/household member two or more within 12 months.
Andrew Eugenio Hernandez, 27, of Wharton was charged October 1 with possession of a controlled substance. He was released on bond.
Waymond Williams, 32, of Wharton was charged October 1 with driving while intoxicated. He was released on bond.
Alfonso Cruz Zepeda, 41, of Houston was charged October 1 with driving while intoxicated.
Assault Charges
Max Garcia Bustamante Jr., 52, of El Campo was charged September 29 with aggravated assault causing severe bodily injury.
Andre Thomas Dent Jr., 25, of Wharton was charged September 29 with injury to a child/elderly/disabled person with intent, two counts aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, deadly conduct discharging a firearm at individual and possession of marijuana.
Michael Todd Tilton, 45, of Baytown was charged October 1 with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Burglary, Theft Charges
Telly James Arrambide, 41, of El Campo was charged September 30 with theft of property and assault/family violence. He was released on bond.
Miguel Gonzalez Jr., 28, of El Campo was charged October 1 with two counts theft of property and possession of marijuana.
Alvaro Mata Jr., 17, of Wharton was charged October 1 with aggravated robbery.
Other Charges
Travis Merle Nanez Sr., 40, of Rosenberg was charged September 29 with indecency with a child sexual contact.
Adrian Quinn West, 29, of Houston was charged September 30 with reckless driving. He was released on bond.
