John David Huerta, 23, of Wharton was charged October 13 with two counts manufacturing/delivering a controlled substance.

Macauley Tyler Vera, 24, of El Campo was charged October 13 with possession of marijuana. He was released on bond.

Royce Allen Griffin, 58, of Needville was charged October 14 with driving while intoxicated second offense. He was released on bond.

Aaron Thomas Martinez, 22, of El Campo was charged October 14 with driving while intoxicated, driving while license invalid and no liability insurance.

Juan Carlos Ibarra-Ramos, 45, of Wharton was charged October 15 with driving while intoxicated with open alcohol container.

Braveon Eugene Terrell, 19 of Edna was charged October 15 with driving while intoxicated, driving wrong way on one-way roadway and no drivers license. He was released on bond.

Assault Charges

Stephen Ray Fiedler, 59, of Mathis was charged October 12 with assault causing bodily injury to a family member. He was released on bond.

Burglary, Theft Charges

Jeremiah Hengeveld, 17, of Wharton was charged October 13 with aggravated robbery, two counts possession of marijuana, evading arrest and failure to identify giving false or fictitious information. 

Joel R Flores, 21, of Sebastian was charged October 15 with theft class C.

Brion Michael Labay, 29, of El Campo was charged October 13 with deadly conduct discharging firearm at individual(s). He was released on bond.

Jayland Ja’rod Kuykedenall, 18, of Wharton was charged October 13 with resisting arrest/search/transport and pedestrian walking with traffic on roadway.

Jacob Levens Burttschell, 18, of East Bernard was charged October 14 with disorderly conduct. He was released on bond.

Joshua Lynn Jahns, 25, of El Campo was charged October 14 with evading arrest, displaying fictitious motor vehicle registration, driving while intoxicated and no drivers license. He was released on bond.

Manuel Salazar Correa, 55, of San Antonio was charged October 14 with unlawful carry by handgun license holder and driving while intoxicated. He was released on bond.

Christian Jacob Torres, 18, of East Bernard was charged October 14 with disorderly conduct. He was released on bond.

Timothy Ray Edwards, 28, of El Campo was charged October 15 with engaging in organized criminal activity, unlawful carrying of a weapon and possession of marijuana. He was released on bond.

Tyrese Eugene Holmes, 18, of Eagle Lake was charged October 15 with disorderly conduct.
