Ronald Williams II, 20, of Spring was charged March 16 with delivery of marijuana.

Travis Alan Parsons, 33, of Wharton was charged March 16 with possession of marijuana.

Yovany Rosiles, 20, of El Campo was charged March 17 with public intoxication. He was released on bond.

Stephane Ann Gil, 26, of El Campo was charged March 17 with driving while intoxicated. She was released on bond.

Leonard Anthony Stockinger, 29, of El Campo was charged March 17 with possession of a controlled substance and unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Silvestre Balaldua-Daniel, 36, of Wharton was charged March 17 with driving while intoxicated second charge.

Trevin Wayne Follins, 19, of Wharton was charged March 17 with possession of marijuana. He was released on bond.

Bianca Unique Moore, 26, of Houston was charged March 17 with possession of marijuana. He was released on bond.

Dennis Michael Stephens, 54, of Wharton was charged March 17 with possession of marijuana and public intoxication.

Vernell Lee Caesar, 24, of El Campo was charged March 18 with three counts of possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and two counts of unlawfully carrying a weapon.

Bryan Keith Sparks, 50, of El Campo was charged March 18 with possession of marijuana. He was released on bond.

Leiha Breon Hudlin, 17, of El Campo was charged March 18 with tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair and possession of marijuana in a drug free zone. She was released on bond.

Lamar Reginald McKnight Jr., 18, of El Campo was charged March 18 with tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair and possession of marijuana in a drug free zone. He was released on bond.

Freddie Lee Henderson, 58, of Eagle Lake was charged March 18 with driving while intoxicated and failure to identify as a fugitive from justice with intent to give false information.

Jerold Jermaine Gray, 42, of Wharton was charged March 19 with driving while intoxicated and driving with license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension without maintaining financial responsibility. He was released on bond.

Barry Ward Mangum, 58, of Wharton was charged March 16 with assault of a family, date or household member with a previous conviction.

Olajuwon Malik Pounds, 20, of Spring was charged March 16 with theft of property, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair and possession of marijuana.

Tyrell Deshawn Holloway, 20, of El Campo was charged March 18 with unauthorized use of a vehicle and theft.

Demonte Lavon Williams, 21, of Wharton was charged March 17 with terroristic threat and possession of marijuana.

Tyler Raymond Keszler, 30, of Damon was charged March 17 with violation of a protective order by bias or prejudice. He was released on bond.

Jerry Wyne Threet, 27, of Bertram was charged March 17 with driving with license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension without maintaining financial responsibility. He was released on bond.

Chancton Lynn Temple, 28, of Wharton was charged March 17 with driving with license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension without maintaining financial responsibility. He was released on bond.

Earl Ray Williams Jr., 39, of Houston was charged March 18 with unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of a controlled substance.

Guadalupe Sanchez, 26, of El Campo was charged March 18 with evading arrest or detention with a vehicle, driving while intoxicated and no drivers license. He was released on bond.

Lenard Mitchell Baites, 21, of El Campo was charged March 18 with unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Fulgencio Tello Romero, 33, of El Campo was charged March 18 with resisting arrest, search or transportation. 

Roman Gabriel Cruz, 40, of Seguin was charged March 19 with criminal trespassing.

Armondo Guerrero Jr., 24, of Houston was charged March 20 with reckless driving.

Keshun Demetric Riggins, 20, of El Campo was charged March 20 with engaging in organized criminal activity.
