Businesses help WCSO officer who lost his home while helping others

Four months after Hurricane Harvey, Walmart and Exclusive Furniture are still handing out cash donations to help residents with the impact of the flood. 

On Friday, Trina Grier, regional HR director for Houston Area Walmart stores, presented a check to Lionel “Lonnie” Garcia from the Wharton County Sheriff’s Office for $1,000 after his home was destroyed from Hurricane Harvey.
