Foote to be honored July 19
      The Footliters and Litefooters of The Wharton Plaza Theatre will honor native son Horton Foote in "A Southen Luncheon" on July 19. The groups will honor Foote as the Lamplighter of The Year. Foote will be shown on a video reading his play "The Actor.
