Theft - Reported in the 1900 block of Foote, Wharton, between 7 p.m. May 6 and 8:30 a.m. May 7. Fishing equipment valued at $400 was reported stolen.

Burglary of a habitation - Reported at Frankie Hall at Wharton County Junior College between noon and 3 p.m. April 6. A laptop computer was reported stolen.

Assaults Class A assault - Reported in the 100 block of Stavena Rd., Wharton, between 12:25 a.m. and 12:32 a.m. May 8.
