Theft - Reported in the 800 block of North Spanish Camp Road, Wharton, between April 30 and 7:36 a.m. May 1.

Theft - Reported at Wal-Mart, 1255 U.S. 59, Wharton, between 10 p.m. and 10:04 p.m. April 30. Cleared by arrest.

Theft - Reported at Poor Farm Wrecker Service, 1110 E. Milam St., Wharton, between April 26 and 8 a.m. April 28. Rims valued at $1,000 were reported stolen.

Theft - Reported at Tiger Country Store, 1422 N. Richmond Road, Wharton, between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. April 27. Checks valued at $695 were reported stolen.

Assaults

Class A assault - Three incidents reported in the 100 block of East Alabama Street, Wharton, between 3:10 p.m. and 4:16 p.m. April 4.

Class A assault - Reported in the 200 block of Moutray Avenue, Wharton, at 1:44 a.m. May 2.

Class A assault - Reported at Super Stop No. 1, 825 E. Milam St., Wharton, at 8:50 p.m. April 29.

Criminal mischief

Criminal mischief - Reported at Wharton Square Apartments, 1510 Barfield Road, Wharton, between 1:30 p.m. and 6:59 p.m. April 30. A 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt was reported damaged.
