Hoffmann honored with bridal shower at community center

Erica Lyn Hoffmann, brideelect of Ryan Cooper on May 24, was honored at a bridal shower on April 19 at the Wharton Community Civic Center.

There were 18 hostesses who joined together to host the event.

The registry table was decorated with a pink table cloth overlaid with white lace and held a photo of the couple the registry book, a floral arrangement and candle.

The main table was decorated with a white table cloth and wrapped with white tulle and featured white flowers and ivy garland.

The centerpiece was a wreath of white flowers with a vase and candle inside.

The gift table was adorned with a white table cloth, white flowers and ivy garland, as were the refreshment and cake tables.

Guest tables had white table cloths, vases of white flowers set on mirrors with two votive candles.

Refreshments included ham and chicken salad sandwiches, fruit tray, vegetable tray, punch, dips, chips, crackers, pickles, olives, mints and a two-tiered cake with white icing and pink roses.

Special guests were Sherry Hoffmann, mother of the bride; Dorothy Hoffmann, grandmother of the bride; and Delia Cooper, mother of the groom. Members of the bridal party who attended were Dawn Bartosh, Melody Cooper, Maggie Cooper and Kirstin Pavlu.

The hostesses presented Erica with an 18-piece set of Cook's Cookware.
