Local youth vying for Little Mister and Little Miss Crowns on Sunday

Wearing their best jeans, crisp white shirts and red bandanas, 48 youngsters will take the stage in the Wharton County Youth Fair's Little Mr. & Miss Pageant at 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Crescent Hall. Rehearsal for the youngsters will be held at 10 a.m. the day before.

The boy and girl selected as Little Mr. & Miss will represent the fair and must appear on its behalf when asked. The event is being chaired by Peter and Robin Stelzel.
