STAR hosts classes
      The Services-To-At-Risk- Youth (STAR) Program at Texana Center, located at 3007 N. Richmond Road in Wharton, will host monthly parenting classes on the fourth Wednesday from noon until 1 p.m. This free program is open to the public.
