Jayme Gutierrez

Jayme Gutierrez, age 31, of Magnet, died Saturday, April 19, 2008 in an automobile accident. He was born on June 26, 1976 in Wharton the son of Servando Gutierrez and Teresa Limas Gutierrez.

Mr. Gutierrez was a lifelong resident of Wharton County and was a 1994 graduate of Wharton High School. He worked for Barespot Solutions and was Catholic by Faith.

A rosary was recited Thursday evening at the Wharton Funeral Home Chapel and a Funeral Mass was held at 10 a.m. Friday, April 25, 2008 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Wharton with Rev. Brian Heyer officiating. Burial followed in the Glen Flora Cemetery.

Survivors include his daughter, Bianca Gutierrez of Victoria; parents, Servando and Teresa Gutierrez of Magnet; and brother, Javier Gutierrez of Bay City. Funeral services were under the direction of Wharton Funeral Home.
