Christopher James Gray, 31, 1823 Stadium, Wharton, was booked April 19 for driving while intoxicated. He was released at 11:30 a.m. April 20 on $2,500 bond.

Paul Torres Luna, 52, 1621 Maiden Lane, Rosenberg, was booked at 11:36 a.m. April 21 on warrants for theft and tampering with physical evidence. He was held as of 1 p.m. April 21.

Roy Jackson, 39, 203 David, Wharton, was booked April 20 for theft and bond forfeiture. He was held on $10,750 bond as of 1 p.m. April 21.

Assault charges

Ricardo Herrera, 31, 1310 Eveline, El Campo, was booked April 21 for assault-family violence. He was released at 10:20 a.m. April 21 on $2,500 bond.

Reginald Lynn Austin, 38, 1510 Connie, Wharton, was booked at 2 p.m. April 20 for assault-family violence. He was released at 11:15 a.m. April 21 on $10,000 bond.
