Burglaries, thefts

Burglary of a habitation - Reported at the Meadows Apartments, 501 W. Willow Lane, Wharton, between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. April 20. A radio and speakers valued at $350 were reported stolen.

Burglary of a habitation - Reported in the 1300 block of Westgate, Wharton, at 9:38 a.m. April 19. A leaf blower valued at $150 was reported stolen.

Burglary of a vehicle - Reported in the 500 block of Breezy Lane, Wharton, between 8:30 p.m. and 8:33 p.m. April 18.

Theft - Reported at Kid's World, 205 N. Alabama Road, Wharton, between 4:30 p.m. April 10 and 3 p.m. April 18.

Burglary of a habitation - Reported at Riverbend Apartments, 2500 Junior College Blvd., Wharton, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. April 17.

Burglary of a vehicle - Reported in the 1000 block of West Burleson Street, Wharton, between 4:30 p.m. April 16 and 2 p.m. April 17. A radio valued at $150 was reported stolen.

Burglary of a vehicle - Reported at South Texas Medical Clinic, 2100 Regional Medical Drive, Wharton, between 8 a.m. and 9:15 a.m. April 14. A toolbox and tools valued at $3,120 were reported stolen.

Burglary of a building - Reported at Rags to Riches, 1017 N. Alabama Road, Wharton, between 4:45 p.m. April 11 and 11:45 a.m. April 14. A video recorder and clothing valued at $380 were reported stolen.

Assaults

Assault-family violence - Reported in the 1500 block of Connie Street, Wharton, between 12:40 p.m. and 12:47 p.m. April 20. Cleared by arrest.

Class A assault - Reported in the 200 block of Moutray Avenue, Wharton, between 7:19 p.m. and 7:29 p.m. April 19.

Class A assault - Reported in the 1500 block of Connie Street, Wharton, at 10:35 p.m. April 15.

Class A assault - Reported in the 200 block of Moutray Avenue, Wharton, between 11:20 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. April 15.

Criminal mischief

Criminal mischief - Reported at the WCJC Tennis Courts, 911 E. Boling Highway, Wharton, between 7:55 a.m. and 7:57 a.m. April 20. A tennis court wall was damaged by graffiti.

Criminal mischief - Reported at Briar Pointe Apartments, 1717 Briar Lane, Wharton, between 12 p.m. and 9:06 p.m. April 19. Tires were reported damaged.

Criminal mischief - Reported at Larry's Mexican Restaurant, 210 S. Richmond Road, Wharton, between 11 p.m. April 18 and 5:39 a.m. April 19. Walls, tables and chairs valued at $1,000 were reported damaged.

Criminal mischief - Reported at Wharton High School, 821 E. Ahldag Ave., Wharton, at 11:58 April 15. A 1998 Jeep Cherokee was reportedly damaged.
