Gail Victor Ryman, 41, 2112 Live Oak, Bay City, was booked at 3:30 p.m. April 8 on warrants for theft by check. She was held on $4,000 bond as of 11:30 a.m. April 10.

Jordan R. Hogan, 19, 902 Wright, El Campo, was booked at 8 a.m. April 8 on a warrant for burglary of a building and capias pro fines. He was held on $5,000 bond as of 11:30 a.m. April 10.

Jeremy Andrews, 31, 15423 Sierra Valle, Houston, was booked at 10:27 p.m. April 7 for theft. He was released at 4:35 p.m. April 8 on $10,000 bond.

Alcohol, drug charges

Ernest Armstrong, 25, 1217 Kingston No. A, Wharton, was booked at 5 p.m. April 7 for possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence. He was held on $150,000 bond as of 11:30 a.m. April 10.

Other charges

Crishun Howard, 37, 2910 Old Lane City Road No. D-3, Wharton, was booked at 10:20 a.m. April 10 on warrants for tampering with a government record, failure to maintain financial responsibility and capias pro fines. He was held as of 11:30 a.m. April 10.

Robert Mata Munoz, 60, 146 S. Richmond, Wharton, was booked at 3:45 p.m. April 9 for probation violation. He was held as of 11:30 a.m. April 10.

Luis Angel Galvan, 28, 1526 El Paso, Corpus Christi, was booked on April 9 for probation violation and Texas Department of Corrections hold. He was held as of 11:30 a.m. April 10.

Daniel Nunziata, 22, 605 N. Gessner No. 6621, Houston, was booked at 11:01 a.m. April 9 for probation violation. He was released to Harris County Sheriff's Department at 10:15 a.m. April 10.

Michael Anthony Pena, 20, 1510 Barfield No. 31, Wharton, was booked at 11:01 a.m. April 9 for capias pro fines. He was held as of 11:30 a.m. April 10.

Beatris Aguilar, 30, 600 Texas, Wharton, was booked on April 9 on warrants for fraudulent use or possession of identifying information. She was released at 3 p.m. April 9 on $7,500 bond.

Floyd D. Evans, 25, 1800 Ave. F, Bay City, was booked at 4:55 p.m. April 8 for criminal trespass. He was held on $1,000 bond as of 11:30 a.m. April 10.

Marcus Sandoval, 26, 506 Hoskins Broadway, Wharton, was booked at 3:40 p.m. April 8 on a warrant for contempt of court. He was held on $3,300 bond as of 11:30 a.m. April 10.

Christopher Quijas, 27, 112 East First, Wharton, was booked at 1:59 p.m. April 8 for two counts of bond forfeiture and capias pro fines. He was held on $5,000 bond as of 11:30 a.m. April 10.

Kord Hernandez, 21, 485 Falling Leaf, Wharton, was booked at 1:58 p.m. April 8 for probation violation. He was released at 2:35 p.m. April 8 on $15,000 bond.

Bruce Revis Jr., 21, 309 Moutray, Wharton, was booked at 10 a.m. April 8 for criminal trespass and capias pro fines. He was held on $1,000 bond and $301 in fines as of 11:30 a.m. April 10.

Billy W. Steen, 38, 211 S. Cloud, Wharton, was booked at 12:40 p.m. April 7 for evading arrest and two counts of bond forfeiture. He was released at 2 p.m. April 9 on $7,500 bond.

Stenbridge, 49, 3522 Ave. C, Bay City, was booked for probation violation at 3:15 p.m. April 7; Jose Ignacio Diaz, 19, 1406 11th St., Bay City, was booked at 3:15 p.m. April 7 for possession of a controlled substance and tampering with evidence; Leo P. Morales, 50, Humprey Street, Bay City, was booked at 3:15 p.m. April 7 for delivery of a controlled substance and immigration hold; and Rafael Castillo-Delgado, 44, 317 W. Railroad, Port Lavaca, was booked at 3:15 p.m. April 7 for delivery of a controlled substance, failure to identify and immigration hold. All four were held for Matagorda County Sheriff's Department as of 11:30 a.m. April 10.
