Burglaries, thefts

Burglary of a vehicle - Reported in the 900 block of West Spanish Camp Road, Wharton, between 5:30 p.m. April 6 and 1 p.m. April 8. A weedeater and leaf blower valued at $390 were reported stolen.

Burglary of a vehicle - Reported at the Mariachi Bar, 309 W. Caney St., Wharton, between 12:30 a.m. and 5:44 p.m. April 5. A purse valued at $100 was reported stolen.

Burglary of a vehicle - Reported in the 400 block of Lucky Lane, Wharton, between 9 p.m. April 3 and 6:10 p.m. April 4. A purse and $100 currency was reported stolen.

Burglary of a habitation - Reported at Pecan Village Apartments, 310 University Ave., Wharton, between 9:30 a.m. March 31 and 12:30 p.m. April 4. Prescription drugs were reported stolen.

Theft - Reported at Wal-Mart, 1255 South U.S. 59, Wharton, at 5:42 p.m. March 27. Assorted grocery items valued at $174.45 were reported stolen.

Theft - Reported at the Quick N EZ No. 2, 4014 North U.S. 59, Wharton, at 8:59 p.m. March 18. Diesel valued at $111.76 was reported stolen.

Assaults Class A assault - Reported in the 100 block of North Outlar Street, Wharton, at 2:15 a.m. April 5.

Class A assault - Reported at the Meadows Apartments, 501 W. Willow Lane, Wharton, at 9:15 p.m. April 5.

Class A assault - Reported in the 100 block of East Wayside Avenue, Wharton, at 3:45 a.m. April 5.

Class A assault - Reported in the 700 block of North Spanish Camp Road, Wharton, between 11 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. April 4.

Criminal mischief

Criminal mischief - Reported at the Wharton Girls Softball Field, 221 W. Park, Wharton, between 8 p.m. and 9:09 p.m. April 8. A 2008 Nissan Sentra was reported damaged.

Criminal mischief - Reported in the 100 block of North Outlar Street, Wharton, at 2:15 a.m. April 5. A 1984 Oldsmobile was reported damaged.
