      Burglary, theft charges Jose Louis Sandoval-Rivas, 44, 1983 FM 1163, El Campo, was booked into Wharton County Jail on April 9 on a theft warrant, no driver's license and no insurance. He was released at 1 p.m. April 9 on $6,000 bond.
