      Funeral services for Garris "Tuff" Allen, 69, of Wharton, will be held at 10 p.m. today, Saturday, at New Faith Church. Burial will follow in Wharton City Cemetery. Mr. Allen died March 30, 2008, at Gulf Coast Medical Center. He was born in Jake Ford Community to the late Sam Cole and Ruby Allen.
