Unexpected fruit Staff Photo by Ben Sharp Queen Tisdale, 82, shows the grapefruit which the wind knocked off her tree last week. The normal harvest on the tree is done in November, but this fruit hung on unnoticed until this spring. She started the Ruby Red variety tree from seeds and it has been bearing for three years. She said the harvest gets more plentiful each year. Her residence is at 1410 CR 129.
