Donald Hill, 454, 3219 8th, Bay City, was booked April 6 for possession of drug paraphernalia and no driver's license. He was held on $1,000 bond as of 12:30 p.m. April 7.

Reuben James Serna, 19, of Wharton, was booked April 6 for minor driving under the influence. He was released at 11:50 a.m. April 7 on $500 bond.

Torrence Jarmaine Gilmore, 29, 422 E. Belle, Wharton, was booked at 1:45 a.m. April 6 for driving while intoxicated (second offense). He was released at 9:45 a.m. April 6 on $2,500 bond.

Dustin Michael Gannon, 22, 207 1/2 W. Norris , El Campo, was booked at 8:20 a.m. April 5 for two counts of possession of marijuana and public intoxication. He was held on $4,500 bond as of 12:30 p.m. April 7.

Gregory Merrit Femald, 62, 1707 N. Wharton, El Campo, was booked at 8:20 a.m. April 5 for driving while intoxicated. He was released at 10 a.m. the same day on $2,000 bond.

Julian Joannis Wohrab, 19, 14610 Villa Marie Isabel, Corpus Christi, was booked at 8:20 a.m. April 5 for possession of marijuana. He was released at 11:20 a.m. April 5 on $2,500 bond.

Ian Michael Hutchison, 30, 1802 Ennis Jashin Road, El Campo, was booked at 8:20 a.m. April 5 for possession of marijuana. He was released at 11:20 a.m. April 5 on $2,500 bond.

Juan Americo Lerma, 28, 8800 Amberly, Houston, was booked at 6:55 p.m. April 4 for possession of marijuana (conviction). He was released as of 7 p.m. April 6.

Rene Anthony Garcia, 39, P.O. Box 2593, Victoria, was booked April 4 for possession of marijuana (conviction). He was held as of 12:30 p.m. April 7.

Oswaldo Monray Rosas, 32, 515 Ave. E, El Campo, was booked April 4 for possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance, driving while license invalid and failure to signal. He was released at 3:50 p.m. April 4 on $3,000 bond.

Burglary, theft charges

Eric Blake Rodriguez, 24, Route 1 Box 212-A/CR 474, El Campo, was booked at 7:30 a.m. April 6 on a warrant for theft by check and for driving while license invalid. He was released at 12:30 p.m. April 6 on $2,800 bond.

Cody Neuendorff, 20, 1415 E. Jackson, El Campo, was booked April 4 on a warrant for theft by check. He was released at 12:35 p.m. April 4 on $1,600 bond.

Assault charges

Alfred E. Shorter, 46, CR 257, Eagle Lake, was booked April 6 for aggravated assault. He was held on $20,000 bond as of 12:30 p.m. April 7.

Joel Shelton, 47, 407 Wharton, El Campo, was booked at 8:10 a.m. April 3 on a warrant for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was held on $10,000 bond as of 12:30 p.m. April 7.

Rodney Hanus, 52, 324 Washington, Wharton, was booked at 7:53 p.m. April 3 for assault-family violence, evading arrest/detention and interfering with a 9-1-1 call. He was released at 11 a.m. April 4 on $7,500 bond.

Other charges

Teri Wanda Lashal Thornton, 33, 316 Palacios, El Campo, was booked at 7:30 a.m. April 6 for failure to appear, capias pro fines, no insurance and eight counts of issuing a bad check. She was held on $5,000 bond as of 12:30 p.m. April 7.

Noel Brito, 28, 310 University No. 106, Wharton, was booked at 1:06 a.m. April 6 for failure to appear, no driver's license, expired registration, no seatbelt, unrestrained child and three counts of no insurance. He was held as of 12:30 p.m. April 7.

Kody Renee Earls, 19, 501 Willow No. 34, Wharton, was booked at 12:47 p.m. April 5 for probation violation and failure to attend school. He was held on $3,000 bond as of 12:30 p.m. April 7.

Kadeem Jamal Giles, 17, 2316 Vela Lane, Wharton, was booked at 12:27 p.m. April 5 for evading arrest with a vehicle, no driver's license and failure to maintain fi- nancial responsibility. He was held on $6,000 bond as of 12:30 p.m. April 7.

Francis Timmons Byrd, 36, 1609 Harris, Wharton, was booked April 4 on a warrant for credit card/ debit card abuse. She was released at 1:45 p.m. April 4 on $10,000 bond.

Chad Furch, 35, 1200 Cobb, Edna, was booked at 4:31 p.m. April 3 for violating a protective order and driving while license invalid. He was released at 2:50 p.m. April 4 on $5,500 bond.

Matagorda County hold

Cedric James Moore, 33, of Bay City, was booked at 6 p.m. April 3 for failure to register as a sex offender and two counts of probation violation. He was held for Matagorda County Sheriff's Department as of 12:30 p.m. April 7.
