Burglary of a habitation - Reported in the 2000 block of Martin Luther King Boulevard, Wharton, between 12:30 p.m. and 2:12 p.m. March 28. A fur coat valued at $200 was reported stolen. Theft - Reported at Best Texas Wireless, 1713 N. Fulton St., Wharton, at 3 p.m. March 27. A cell phone valued at $349 was reported stolen. Burglary of a habitation - Reported in the 3900 block of CR 117, Wharton, between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. March 27. Currency of $230 was reported stolen. Theft - Reported in the 3300 block of Junior College Boulevard., Wharton, at 6:33 p.m. March 27. A Labrador retriever valued at $250 was reported stolen. Burglary of a habitation - Reported in the 300 block of Main Street, East Bernard, between 9 a.m. March 23 and 10 a.m. March 26. A Yamaha Warrior 350 ATV valued at $1,200 was reported stolen. Theft - Reported on U.S. 90-A, East Bernard, between 8:45 a.m. and 3 p.m. March 22. Two tires valued at $120 were reported stolen. Burglary of a building - Reported by Hlavinka Equipment Co., 543 Main St., East Bernard, between 5:30 p.m. March 19 and 8 a.m. March 20. A glass window was reported damaged. Theft - Reported at Wal-Mart, 1255 U.S. 59 Loop, Wharton, between 10:26 a.m. and 11:14 a.m. March 19. Assorted DVDs valued at $3,586.16 were reported stolen. Assaults Assault-family violence - Two incidents reported in the 800 block of Ustynik Road, Wharton, between 3:30 a.m. and 4:16 a.m. March 30. Class A assault - Two incidents reported in the 900 block of Elm Street, Wharton, between 2 p.m. and 2:05 p.m. March 27. Class A assault - Reported in the 700 block of Branch Street, Wharton, between 8:30 p.m. and 8:52 p.m. March 27. Aggravated assault - Reported in the 200 block of Cypress, Hungerford, between 10:30 p.m. and 10:45 p.m. March 24. Assault-family violence - Reported in the 800 block of John Albert Drive, East Bernard, between 9:15 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. March 22.
