Jose Renigmo Ramirez-Garcia, 30, 1501 Civic, Wharton, was booked March 22 for driving while intoxicated. He was released at 11:20 a.m. March 23 on $2,500 bond.

Christina Watkins, 28, 7707 Fountain Grove, Spring, was booked at 9:20 p.m. March 22 for driving while intoxicated, endangering a child and no driver's license. She was released at 11:15 a.m. March 23 on $20,500 bond.

Victor Manuel Hernandez, 38, 617 Burleson No. 617, Wharton, was booked at 1:27 a.m. March 22 for driving while intoxicated (second offense). He was released at 11:30 a.m. March 22 on $5,000 bond.

Carlos Ray Waddy, 21, 1021 Pecan Valley, Wharton, was booked March 21 on warrants for delivery of marijuana in a drug-free zone, two counts of possession of marijuana, driving while license invalid, burglary of a habitation, parole violation and three counts of endangering a child. He was held on $55,000 bond as of 11 a.m. March 24.

Assault charges

Zamora Josephine Morales, 45, 102 S. Boone, Lane City, was booked at 2:55 a.m. March 23 for assault-family violence, probation violation and a warrant for speeding. She was released at 11:45 a.m. March 23 on $4,000 bond.

Christopher Martinez, 31, 810 John Albert, East Bernard, was booked at 10:33 p.m. March 22 for assault-family violence. He was released at 10:45 a.m. March 23 on $5,000 bond.

Gregorio Ramos, 29, 15381 U.S. 59 South, Wharton, was booked at 8:21 p.m. March 22 for assault-family violence. He was released at 10:30 a.m. March 23 on $2,500 bond.

Ruben Guerra Jr., 44, 206 Gallagher, Wharton, was booked at 11:05 a.m. March 22 on a warrant for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was held on $10,000 bond as of 11 a.m. March 24.
