Heather Marie Nelson, 32, 303 E. Monroe, Rio Grande City, was booked into the Wharton County Jail on March 18 for possession of marijuana. She was still in custody as of 9:30 a.m. Friday.

Burglary, theft charges

Gail Victor Rymon, 41, P.O. Box 734/Nichols Rd., Bay City, was booked at 2:40 a.m. March 20 for theft by check. He was released to Austin State Hospital at 7:35 a.m. March 20.

Jennifer Olson, 22, 9118 Talton, Houston, was booked at 4:24 p.m. March 19 for theft by check and failure to ID. She is being held on $12,500 bond as of 9:30 a.m. Friday.

Latasha Norman, 26, 3207 1/2 Blackshear, Wharton, was booked on March 19 for theft, aggravated assault and assault, family violence. She was being held without a bond as of 9:30 a.m. Friday.

Roger R. Vernon, 52, 1012 W. Second, El Campo, was booked at 7:45 a.m. March 19 for theft. He was being held on $20,000 bond as of 9:30 a.m. Friday.

Rodina Guajardo, 33, 1510 Barfield, Wharton, was booked at 12 a.m. March 19 for felony theft and driving while intoxicated. She was being held on $35,000 bond as of 9:30 a.m. Friday.

Yolanda Cura, 25, 109 W. Alfred, El Campo, was booked at 9:25 p.m. March18 theft by check and issuance of a bad check. She was released on $1,000 bond at 10:25 a.m. March 19.

Michael Harris, 22, 6723 Pleak Crossing, Richmond, was booked on March 18 for theft. He was being held on $20,000 bond as of 9:30 a.m. Friday.

MA Guadalupe Tellez, 33, 1702 US 59, El Campo, was booked at 7:25 a.m. March 18 for theft and failure to ID. He was released on $4,000 bond on March 18.

Assault charges

Federico Torres Piedra, 24, 201 Ronald Circle, El Campo, was booked at 8:20 a.m. March 21 for assault, bodily injury. He was still in custody as of 9:30 a.m. Friday.

Elouisa Arrambide, 28, 622 Ave. A, El Campo, was booked at 7:47 a.m. March 20 for assault. She was released on $1,500 bond at 8:55 a.m. March 20.

Alfredo Lara, 21, 1409 Tom, El Campo, was booked at 11:45 p.m. March 17 for assault- family violence. He was released on $2,500 bond at 1:20 p.m. March 18.

Other Charges

Bryant O. Johnson, 36, 515 Pat Shutter, Robstown, was booked at 4:03 p.m. March 20 for driving with an expired license. He was still in custody as of 9:30 a.m. Friday.

Katrina Allen, 28, 1510 Connie, Wharton, was booked at 3:47 p.m. March 20 for no driver's license, no insurance and driving with an unrestrained child. She was still in custody as of 9:30 a.m. Friday.

Darla D. Farmer, 46, 1725 N. Richmond, Wharton, was booked at 11:21 a.m. March 19 for expired driver's license and failure to signal. She was being held on $1,000 bond as of 9:30 a.m. Friday.

Alejandro Jose Torres, 23, 1019 Palacios St., El Campo, was booked at 7:25 a.m. March 18 for failutre to ID, expired registration, no driver's license, violation of city ordinance- loud music and open container in the motor vehicle. He was released on $4,000 bond at 7 p.m. March 18.

Christina Llanos, 19, 809 Washingon St. N., El Campo, was booked at 7:25 a.m. March 18 for failure to ID, evading arrest and operating an all terrain vehicle on a public road. She was released on $4,218.75 bond at 1:20 p.m. March 18.

Marvin Jones, 50, 108 Debra, Angleton, was booked at 8:14 p.m. March 17 for criminal tresspass. He was being held on $2,000 bond as of 9:30 a.m. Friday.
