Burglaries, thefts

Theft - Reported by Big G Properties in the 3100 block of East Alabama Road, Wharton, between March 1 and 6 p.m. Wednesday. A sign valued at $200 was reportedly stolen.

Burglary of a building - Reported at the Lane City Store, 9815 Texas 60 South, Lane City, at 12:55 a.m. Tuesday. Alcohol was reported stolen, and a glass door valued at $300 was reported damaged.

Burglary of a vehicle - Reported at the Caney Apartments, 525 E. Caney St., Wharton, between 11:20 p.m. Sunday and 9:30 a.m. Monday.

Theft - Reported at Murphy USA, 1245 U.S. 59 Loop, Wharton, at 5 p.m. Monday. Cleared by arrest.

Burglary of a vehicle - Reported in the 1000 block of Delta Street, East Bernard, between 8 p.m. Sunday and 6 a.m. Monday. A camera, wallet and radio valued at $2,190 were reported stolen.

Burglary of a vehicle - Reported in the 300 block of Blanche, Wharton, between 10:30 p.m. Sunday and 8 a.m. Monday. A watch valued at $150 was reported stolen.

Burglary of a building - Reported at Larry's Mexican Restaurant, 210 S. Richmond Road, Wharton, between 10 p.m. Sunday and 7:30 a.m. Monday. Alcohol and currency valued at $404.80 were reported stolen.

Burglary of a vehicle - Reported in the 400 block of Blanche, Wharton, between 6:30 a.m. and 10 p.m. Sunday.

Theft - Reported along FM 1161, Wharton, on Feb. 29. A cotton picker, planter, field cultivator and other farm implements valued at $11,300 were reported stolen.

Theft - Reported at FM 102 and U.S. 59, Wharton, between 3 p.m. Feb. 14 and 1 p.m. Feb. 29. A grader valued at $160,000 was reported stolen.

Assaults

Class A assault - Reported in the 500 block of East Caney Street, Wharton, at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Assault-family violence - Two incidents reported at Browns Apartments, 618 N. Wilkes St., Wharton, between 10:30 a.m. and 11:06 a.m. Monday.

Class A assault - Reported at Browns Apartments, 618 N. Wilkes St., Wharton, at 12:30 p.m. Monday. Cleared by arrest.

Aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury - Two incidents reported in the 3200 block of Blackshear, Wharton, at 4:20 p.m. March 1.

Criminal mischief

Criminal mischief - Reported at Wal-Mart, 1255 U.S. 59 Loop, Wharton, at 9:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Criminal mischief - Reported in the 1700 block of FM 2614, Elm Grove, between 1:10 p.m. and 1:13 p.m. Feb. 25. A car door was reportedly scratched.

Criminal mischief - Reported by the Gulf South Pipeline Co. on FM 1301, Burr, between 8 a.m. Feb. 22 and 6:30 a.m. Feb. 25.
