Brian Keith Deboro, 28, 190 CR 321, Yoakum, was booked into Wharton County Jail Wednesday for two counts of possession of a controlled substance. He was released at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday on $3,000 bond.

Jessica Anderson, 9607 Gift, Boling, was booked at 1:06 a.m. Wednesday for minor driving under the influence and minor in possession of alcohol. She was released at 9:15 a.m. Thursday on $1,000 bond.

Gina Escamilla, 20, 1201 Hwy. 77 North, Harlingen, was booked on Tuesday for possession of a controlled substance and capias pro fines. She was released at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday on $5,000 bond.

Joseph Spencer, 20, 1255 U.S. 90-A, Sheridan, was booked at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday on $2,000 bond.

Jonathan Cantu, 22, Rock Island, was booked at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday on $2,000 bond.

Mindy Sue Slater, 29, 3201 Bisque, Waco, was booked at 4:45 p.m. Tuesday on a warrant for possession of marijuana. She was held on $20,000 bond as of 12:30 p.m. Thursday.

Ismael Perez, 47, 801 Olive, Wharton, was booked at 5 p.m. Monday for driving while intoxicated third offense (conviction). He was held as of 12:30 p.m. Thursday.

Burglary, theft charges

Daniel Wayne Drebert, 39, 1505 E. Corn No. 205, Kingsville, was booked on Wednesday for theft by check. He was held on $5,000 bond as of 12:30 p.m. Thursday.

Angel Bundali, 24, 1807 Ave. C, El Campo, was booked at 7:45 a.m. Tuesday for class B theft and capias pro fines. She was held on $2,500 bond as of 12:30 p.m. Thursday.

Other charges

Daryl Anderson, 54, 1819 CR 257, Eagle Lake, was booked at 7:21 a.m. Thursday on warrants for child endangerment and criminal mischief. He was released at 10 a.m. Thursday on $30,000 bond.

Claudette Tyler, 31, 5622 Oakhorn, Houston, was booked at 1:40 a.m. Thursday for probation violation. She was held without bond as of 12:30 p.m. Thursday.

Burtman Kearney Jr., 20, 1610 Harris, Wharton, was booked Wednesday for probation violation and three counts of bond forfeiture. He was held on $127,500 in bonds as of 12:30 p.m. Thursday.

Michael Anthony Pruett, 39, 159 Hughes, Palacios, was booked Wednesday for probation violation. He was held as of 12:30 p.m. Thursday.

Jimmy J. Janik, 55, 1762 CR 268, East Bernard, was booked at 10 p.m. Tuesday on a warrant for evading arrest. He was released at 8:45 a.m. Wednesday on $1,500 bond.

Lorenzo R. Cardenas, 45, 14806 Chipman, Houston, was booked at 4:45 p.m. Monday for failure to appear. He was released at 10:15 a.m. Wednesday on $5,000 bond.
