No changes in UIL volleyball realignment for this season

AUSTIN - The University Interscholastic League released it's biennial volleyball relignment on Friday.

There was no change from the basketball and football alignments involving District 26-3A, 27-2A and 29-2A when it was released on Feb. 1.

Wharton's district, 26-3A, included Sweeny, Needville, Stafford, Royal and Columbia.

District 26-2A includes East Bernard, Rice Consolidated, Hallettsville, Hempstead, Schulenburg, Brazos and Weimar.

District 29-2A includes Boling, Danbury, Tidehaven, Hitchcock, Van Vleck and Industrial.

Baseball and softball aligment will be released in March.
