Crimes reported to local law enforcement agencies

Burglaries, thefts

Burglary of a building - Reported at Dollar General, 530 E. Milam St., Wharton, at 4:03 a.m. Monday. A glass door valued at $500 was reported damaged.

Theft - Reported in the 200 block of Moutray Avenue, Wharton, between 9:30 p.m. and 10:10 p.m. Friday.

Theft - Reported in the 11000 block of FM 442, Boling, at 6 p.m. Jan. 11. Two dogs valued at $100 were reported stolen.

Assaults

Class C assault - Reported at Chili's, 1265 U.S. 59 South, Wharton, at 3:45 p.m. Friday.

Class A assault - Reported on U.S. 59 in Hungerford at 5 p.m. Jan. 23.

Criminal mischief

Criminal mischief - Reported at Briar Pointe Apartments, 1415 Hodges Lane, Wharton, between 8:20 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Friday.

Criminal mischief - Reported in the 1900 block of Burning Stone Drive, New Gulf, between 4 p.m. Jan. 23 and 6:55 a.m. Thursday.

Criminal mischief - Reported in the 300 block of West Pecan Street, Wharton, between 10:30 p.m. Jan. 22 and 7:30 a.m. Jan. 23. Tires valued at $258 were reported damaged.
