Alleged MS-13 gang member arrested

      Alcohol, drug charges Ryan Dwayne Bell, 20, of Houston, was booked into Wharton County Jail at 9:15 a.m. Monday for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held on $2,500 bond as of 1 p.m. Monday.
