Jesse D. Hagan, 34, 405 W. Jackson, El Campo, was booked into Wharton County Jail Monday for driving while intoxicated, no driver's license, no insurance and expired motor vehicle inspection. He was held as of 1 p.m. Monday.

Willie Fisher III, 17, 417 Lincoln, Wharton, was booked at 8:50 a.m. Friday for possession of marijuana in a drug-free zone and minor in possession. He was released at 10 p.m. Friday on $3,000 bond.

Gregorio Guerrero Castillo, 37, 209 Liberty, El Campo, was booked at 8 a.m. Friday for driving while intoxicated (second offense), resisting arrest, driving while license invalid, failure to maintain financial responsibility and obstruction/retaliation. He was held on $16,000 bond as of 1 p.m. Monday.

Burglary, theft charges

Brian Stavinoha, 31, 3133 FM 1096, Wharton, was booked at 2:25 p.m. Saturday on a warrant for theft by check. He was released at 8:10 a.m. Sunday on $500 bond.

Bernadette Ochoa, 39, 906 Main, Louise, was booked at 2:50 p.m. Friday on a warrant for theft by check. She was released at 3:35 p.m. Friday on $500 bond.

Donna Kocurek, 48, 5221 FM 2919, East Bernard, was booked Thursday for theft by check. He was released at 5:25 p.m. Thursday on $1,000 bond.

Assault charges

Linda Denise Hudlin, 27, 1305 Olivia, El Campo, was booked Sunday for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and capias pro fines. She was released at 12:42 p.m. Monday.

Harvey Joe Hudlin, 30, 1001 Corn, El Campo, was booked at 9:40 p.m. Sunday for assault-family violence and capias pro fines. He was released to El Campo Police Department at 11:25 a.m. Monday.

Remijio Martinez, 26, 59 Wanda, El Campo, was booked at 8 a.m. Friday for assault-family violence. He was released at 3 p.m. Friday on $2,500 bond.

Justin R. Hernandez, 21, 105 Third, El Campo, was booked at 8 a.m. Friday for assault-family violence. He was released at 11:30 a.m. Friday on $3,000 bond.

Robbery charges

Brandon Scott Gutierrez, 17, 8013 North U.S. 59, Hungerford, was booked at 2:50 a.m. Saturday for aggravated robbery and a warrant for injury to a child. He was held on $60,000 bond as of 1 p.m. Monday.

Javier Rubio, 42, 1305 Alvin, El Campo, was booked Monday for making a false report to a police officer. He was held as of 1 p.m. Monday.

Ricardo Ortiz, 21, 506 W. Railroad, Boling, was booked at 12:15 a.m. Sunday for capias pro fines. He was released at 12 p.m. Sunday.

Hector Perez, 24, 3400 Sweetwater Rd. No. 1012, Lawrenceville, Ga., was booked at 12:15 a.m. Sunday for reckless driving. He was released at 8:25 a.m. Sunday on $2,000 bond.

Rex Williams, 43, Rt. 3, Box 182, El Campo, was booked at 8 a.m. Saturday for parole violation. He was held without bond as of 1 p.m. Monday.

Joseph Williams, 54, 806 E. Emily No. 1, Wharton, was booked at 12:24 a.m. Saturday for evading arrest. He was held on $2,000 bond as of 1 p.m. Monday.

Eric V. Rangel, 25, 11012 FM 1301, Boling, was booked at 12:30 p.m. Friday for probation violation. He was released at 2:25 p.m. Saturday.

Richardo Salinas Sr., 61, 419 E. Milam, Wharton, was booked at 11:10 a.m. Friday for probation violation. He was held without bond as of 1 p.m. Monday.

Ruben Owens, 23, 4719 Reading Rd. No. 2107, Rosenberg, was booked Thursday for failure to appear. He was released at 1:20 a.m. Saturday on $2,000 bond.
