Burglaries, thefts

Theft - Reported at the Caney Apartments, 527 E. Caney St., Wharton, between 3:40 p.m. Tuesday and 9:30 p.m. Wednesday. A pistol valued at $300 was reported stolen.

Burglary of a vehicle - Reported at Holiday Inn Express, 1200 N. U.S. 59, Wharton, between 9 p.m. Monday and 7 a.m. Wednesday. Power tools valued at $877 were reported stolen.

Burglary of a vehicle - Reported in the 2100 block of Regional Medical Drive, Wharton, between 8 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Monday. Jewelry, currency, a purse, game system and wallet valued at $10,184 were reported stolen.

Theft - Reported in the 1100 block of CR 134, Wharton, between 4:30 p.m. Jan. 11 and 2:40 p.m. Jan. 12. A 6,000-watt gas generator valued at $1,500 was reported stolen.

Burglary of a habitation - Reported in the 1400 block of Martin Luther King Blvd., Wharton, between 10:30 a.m. Jan. 3 and 10 a.m. Jan. 12. Clothing valued at $300 was reported stolen.

Theft - Reported in the 1000 block of Kearney Street, Wharton, on Jan. 2. Two pit bull puppies valued at $150 were reported stolen.

Assaults

Class A assault - Reported at the Millcreek Apartments, 1823 Stadium Road, Wharton, at 5:20 p.m. Wednesday.

Class A assault - Reported at Wharton High School, 821 E. Ahldag Ave., Wharton, at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Criminal mischief

Criminal mischief - Reported in the 1000 block of Delta, East Bernard, between 12:40 a.m. and 12:52 a.m. Wednesday.
