Burglaries, thefts

Burglary of a vehicle - Reported at Super 8, 9985 U.S. 59 North, Wharton, between 10 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Saturday. Lawn mowers valued at $952 were reported stolen.

Theft - Reported in the 600 block of Murphy Street, Wharton, between 9 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Saturday. A bike valued at $106.19 was reported stolen.

Theft - Reported at Wakefield Inn, 2327 N. Richmond Road, Wharton, between 7:30 p.m. Friday and 7:30 a.m. Saturday. A jumbo hauler with assorted items valued at $667 were reported stolen.

Burglary of a habitation - Reported in the 600 block of East Belle Avenue, Wharton, between 12 p.m. Dec. 28, 2007 and 11:15 a.m. Saturday.

Burglary of a habitation - Reported in the 200 block of Caney Street, Boling, between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. Thursday. A French poodle valued at $200 was reported stolen.

Burglary of a vehicle - Reported in the 1200 block of Kingston Drive, Wharton, between 8 p.m. Jan. 9 and 7:50 a.m. Thursday. Assorted CDs were reported stolen.

Burglary of a vehicle - Reported in the 300 block of Correll Avenue, Wharton, between 8 p.m. and 8:25 p.m. Jan. 9. A purse and a toy truck were reported stolen.

Burglary of a building - Reported in the 2900 block of North Fulton Street, Wharton, between 10 p.m. and 10:20 p.m. Jan. 9.

Burglary of a habitation - Reported in the 1600 block of Wilson Street, Wharton, between 2 p.m. Dec. 25, 2007 and 9 p.m. Dec. 27, 2007. Home fixtures were reported damaged, and a chandelier, bathroom light fixture and ceiling fan valued at $480 were reported stolen.

Assaults

Class A assault - Reported at the Meadows Apartments, 501 W. Willow Lane, Wharton, at 8 p.m. Saturday.

Criminal mischief

Criminal mischief - Reported at Riverbend Apartments, 2500 Junior College Blvd., Wharton, between 12:15 a.m. and 12:27 a.m. Sunday. A 1993 Cadillac Seville was reported damaged.

Forgery - Reported at Super S Foods, 9202 Texas 60 North, East Bernard, between 5:14 p.m. Dec. 18 and 11:17 a.m. Jan. 9.
