Eula Jefferson

Funeral services for Eula M. Jefferson, age 94, of Spanish Camp will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 10, 2008 at Camp Zion/Rising Star United Baptist Church with Rev. C. Owens officiating. Burial will follow in Camp Zion Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today, Wednesday. Friends may call after 1 p.m. today.

Mrs. Jefferson died Jan. 6, 2008 at Houston Hospice. She was born Jan. 31, 1913 in Pledger to Joseph and Emma Amy Allen.

She was preceded in death by her husband Waverly Jefferson Sr.

Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Joseph and Sylvia Jefferson of San Jose, Calif., Isaac and Mary Jefferson of Houston, Rev. Lee R. and Jenett Jefferson of Perta Amboy, N.J., and Waverly and Lois Jefferson Jr. of Angleton; daughters, Barbara Jefferson of Angleton and Alma Smith of Houston; god daughter, Michelle Harris of Houston; sister, Corine Ephran of Wharton.
