Burglaries, thefts

Burglary of a vehicle - Reported at the Sweetwater Apartments, 201 Barclay, Wharton, between 1:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. Tuesday. An amplifier, digital camera, purse and contents were reported stolen.

Burglary of a building - Reported at Sears, 215 E. Boling Highway, Wharton, between 4 p.m. Monday and 7:28 a.m. Tuesday. A glass door valued at $350 was reportedly damaged.

Burglary of a vehicle - Reported in the 200 block of Delmas, Wharton, between 6 p.m. Dec. 28 and 7:55 a.m. Dec. 29. A car stereo and speakers valued at $150 was reported stolen.

Theft - Reported in the 700 block of CR 145, Wharton, between Dec. 22 and Dec. 28. An air compressor, flashlight and grinder valued at $630 were reported stolen.

Burglary of a habitation - Reported in the 1500 block of Connie Street, Wharton, between Dec. 22 and 12 p.m. Dec. 27. A TV was reported stolen.

Theft - Reported in the 9800 block of Rhemann Road, Lane City, at 1:41 p.m. Dec. 26. A necklace valued at $700 was reported stolen.

Burglary of a vehicle - Reported in the 800 block of Clubside Drive, East Bernard, between 8:30 p.m. Dec. 25 and 5 p.m. Dec. 26. A camera and GPS unit valued at $3,700 were reported stolen.

Burglary of a building - Reported on North Business 59, Hungerford, between 2:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. Dec. 23. A handgun valued at $300 was reported stolen and a glass door valued at $175 was damaged.

Theft - Reported at Murphy USA, 1245 U.S. 59 Loop, Wharton, between Dec. 7 and Dec. 22. Currency of $2,319 was reported stolen.

Burglary of a habitation - Reported in the 1700 block of FM 2614, Eagle Lake, between 6:15 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Dec. 21.

Assaults

Class A assault - Reported in the 600 block of West Caney Street, Wharton, between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. Tuesday.

Assault-family violence - Reported in the 6600 block of Machaville, Wharton, at 6:45 a.m. Tuesday.

Class A assault - Reported in the 500 block of Bell Street, Wharton, between 2:45 p.m. and 2:50 p.m. Tuesday.

Class A assault - Two incidents reported at Wal-Mart, 1255 U.S. 59 Loop, Wharton, between 4:50 p.m. and 5:05 p.m. Monday.

Class A assault - Reported in the 2400 block of Old Lane City Road, Wharton, at 4:04 a.m. Sunday. Cleared by arrest.

Class C assault - Reported in the 800 block of East Emily Avenue, Wharton, between 4:40 p.m. and 4:46 p.m. Dec. 27.

Criminal mischief

Criminal mischief - Reported in the 300 block of Mahan Street, Wharton, between 9 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Monday. A 2004 Taurus was reportedly damaged.

Criminal mischief - Reported on CR 160 in Boling between 10:40 p.m. and 11:16 p.m. Sunday. A mailbox was reportedly damaged.

Criminal mischief - Reported at Palais Royal, 301 E. Boling Highway, Wharton, between 9:45 p.m. Dec. 26 and 9 a.m. Thursday. A window was reportedly damaged.

Criminal mischief - Reported at the Browns Apartments, 618 N. Wilkes St., Wharton, between 9:45 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Dec. 28.

Criminal mischief - Reported in the 200 block of CR 229, Wharton, between 1 a.m. and 1:50 a.m. Dec. 24. A 2005 Chevrolet Impala reportedly received $1,500 worth of damage.

Criminal mischief - Reported in the 900 block of East Belle Avenue, Wharton, between 10:30 p.m. and 11 p.m. Dec. 24. Tires valued at $500 were reportedly damaged.

Other

Robbery - Reported at the EZ Truck Stop, 4550 U.S. 59 South, Hungerford, at 11:22 p.m. Saturday. Currency of $300 and $10 worth of cigarettes were reported stolen.

Forgery - Reported in the 700 block of Main Street, East Bernard, between 1 p.m. and 1:45 p.m. Dec. 21.
