LOGOS is a mid-week program incorporating four parts: Bible Time, Worship Skills, Recreation/Play and Family Time Dinner Hour.
Bible Time is the heart of the LOGOS ministry, designed to be creative, relevant and interactive and to nurture children and youth into intelligent, committed and biblically informed Christians.
Worship Skills Time is to develop responsibility for and practice in expressing worship because worship is to the spirit of every individual and to the church like breathing is to the human body.
The goal of Recreation/Play Time is to experience great fun at the expense of no one else. Crazy games that get everyone moving and laughing allow athletes and non-athletes an equal chance for fun; arts and crafts and other activities give participants the chance for "recreation."
Family Time Dinner Hour is the time in which all LOGOS participants and their leaders are together and gives an opportunity for all to experience being a part of the family of God.
Dinner is served familystyle around tables and is led by Table Parents, giving everyone the chance to share, to serve others, to use table manners, and to be courteous.
Family fun-time after dinner (games, songs, themes, etc.) allows each participant to experience team-building fun and makes the dinner hour a joyous, intergenerational celebration.
