Theft - Reported at Quick N EZ No. 2, 4014 U.S. 59 North, Wharton, at 11:50 p.m. Tuesday. Diesel valued at $300 was reported stolen.

Burglary of a building - Reported at the Classic Club, 627 W. Milam St., Wharton, between 1:45 a.m. and 10:50 a.m. Dec. 22.

Theft - Reported at Hartz Chicken, 1261 U.S. 59 A, Wharton, between 6:40 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. Dec. 21. Currency of $450 was reported stolen.

Burglary of a habitation - Reported in the 1500 block of Connie Street, Wharton, at 11:12 p.m. Dec. 21. Cleared by arrest.

Theft - Reported at Wharton Junior High, 1120 N. Rusk St., Wharton, on Dec. 18. A cell phone was reportedly stolen.

Theft - Reported in the 2900 block of Turtle Creek Drive, Wharton, between 10:30 p.m. Dec. 15 and 8:45 a.m. Dec. 16. Lawn decorations were reported stolen.

Theft - Reported in the 9600 block of FM 1301, Boling, at 10:40 a.m. Dec. 13. Telephone cable valued at $3,000 was reported stolen.

Class A assault - Reported in the 800 block of East Emily Avenue, Wharton, between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m. Tuesday.

Class A assault - Reported at Gulf Coast Medical Center, 1400 U.S. 59 Loop, Wharton, at 5:49 p.m. Monday.

Aggravated assault - Reported in the 400 block of South Sheppard Street, Wharton, at 11:15 p.m. Sunday.

Class A assault - Two incidents reported in the 200 block of Country Club Drive, Wharton, at 6:01 p.m. Dec. 22. Cleared by arrest.

Class A assault - Reported in the 300 block of Croom Drive, Wharton, on Dec. 21. Cleared by arrest.

Assault-family violence - Reported in the 2300 block of CR 216, East Bernard, between 8:15 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. Dec. 16.

Assault-family violence - Reported in the 3900 block of FM 1299, Wharton, at 5:45 p.m. Dec. 15.

Class A assault - Reported in the 6600 block of Faye Street, Boling, at 7 a.m. Dec. 11.

Class A assault - Reported at Wharton Square Apartments, 1510 Barfield Road, Wharton, at 9:30 p.m. Dec. 10. Administratively cleared.

Criminal mischief

Criminal mischief - Reported in the 400 block of Helms St., Wharton, at 12:18 a.m. Thursday. Inflatable lawn decorations were reported damaged.

Forgery - Reported in the 100 block of Bridge Street, Glen Flora, between 2:454 p.m. and 3 p.m. Dec. 14.
