Public records of persons booked into the Wharton County Jail
      Alcohol, drug charges Cesar J. Herrera, 32, 307 Lundy, El Campo, was booked into Wharton County Jail at 7:25 a.m. Thursday for driving while intoxicated with a child under the age of 15. He was released at 9:40 a.m. Thursday on $10,000 bond.
