Alberta Lee

Funeral services for Alberta Lee, 63, of Wharton, will be held at 11 a.m. today, Saturday, at Oak Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Mayfield officiating. Burial will follow in Paradise Cemetery.

Mrs. Lee died Dec. 19, 2007 at Triumph Hospital in Southwest Houston. She was born Sept. 12, 1944 in Gonzales to Reuben and Sammie Mae Hammonds Jackson.

Survivors include sons, Arthur Lee of Kendleton and Travis Jackson of Pasadena; daughters, Stephanie Jackson and Maggie Lee, both of Huntsville; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
