C.G. Sivells classes win pizza parties

Friday, Nov. 30, Sivells Elementary PTA hosted a Pizza Party for the third grade class of Terri Ferguson.

This class was one of three which won a pizza party as part of a promotion to collect Box Tops for Education, a fund-raiser for Sivells this year.

Kacey Felcman's first grade class and Jalene Wuthrich's second grade class also earned pizza parties.

The students worked very hard to collect box tops at home and even encouraged their parents to buy products which had box tops so they could win the individual prize.

Third grader, Dane Black, who collected the most box tops, won the individual prize which was a gift card to Showplace 3 in El Campo.

Sivells Elementary PTA thanks all the students and their parents who participated.

Remember, students will continue to collect Box Tops for Education throughout the year.

If a community member has any box tops to donate, they may be dropped off or mailed to Sivells Elementary School, 1605 N. Alabama Rd., Wharton, TX 77488.

Community members are welcome to join the Sivells Elementary PTA.
