Benjamin J. Gonzales, 21, 310 Newport, El Campo, was booked at 9 a.m. Monday for possession of marijuana and capias pro fines. He was released at 1 p.m. Monday on $2,000 bond.

Salvador M. Rodriguez, 46, 111 Shimek, El Campo, was booked at 9 a.m. Monday for driving while intoxicated. He was released at 10:15 a.m. Monday on $2,000 bond.

Billy Ray Cunningham, 48, 904 Calhoun, El Campo, was booked at 9 a.m. Monday for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and capias pro fines. He was released at 1 p.m. Monday on $2,500 bond.

Anthony Lewis Washington, 20, 721 Mattie, Wharton, was booked on Sunday for possession of a controlled substance, running a stop sign, resisting arrest and evading arrest with a vehicle. He was released at 12:40 p.m. Monday on $13,000 bond.

Abel Ramirez, 26, 204 Wharton, El Campo, was booked on Sunday for driving while intoxicated and no driver's license. He was released at 12:15 p.m. Sunday on $3,000 bond.

Alexander Jessie Galvan, 45, 101 8th, Blessing, was booked at 2 a.m. Sunday for driving while intoxicated (third offense or more). He was held on $15,000 bond as of 3 p.m. Monday.

Floyd Tookes, 33, 1143 Milness Point, Houston, was booked at 6:20 p.m. on Saturday for possession of controlled substance and driving while license suspended (second offense or more). He was held on $12,000 bond as of 3 p.m. Monday.

Delfino Alvarez, 26, 604 Oscar, El Campo, was booked at 1:35 a.m. Saturday for possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication. He was released at 11:11 a.m. Sunday on $8,500 bond.

Marcus L. Earls, 18, 1504 Able, El Campo, was booked at 10:55 p.m. Friday for possession of marijuana, driving under the influence, no driver's license, no insurance and unsafe backing. He was released at 11:22 a.m. Sunday on $3,000 bond.

Aaron Joseph Mowels, 21, P.O. Box 814, Hungerford, was booked at 11:30 p.m. Thursday for possession of marijuana, tampering with physical evidence, expired inspection, failure to maintain financial responsibility, public intoxication and purchasing/making alcohol available to a minor. He was held on $13,000 bond as of 3 p.m. Monday.

Rocky Schmidt, 46, 902 FM 1301, Boling, was booked at 6:09 p.m. Thursday for possession of marijuana and evading arrest. He was held on $6,500 bond as of 3 p.m. Monday.

Willie Davis Jr., 57, 816 Roth, El Campo was booked into the Wharton County Jail on Wednesday for possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear. He was still in custody as of 11:30 a.m. Friday.

Kizzi Denice Earls, 30, Wilkes, Wharton, was booked at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday for possession of drug paraphernalia. She was still in custody as of 11:30 a.m. Friday.

Raymond Rex Randolph, 50, 401 Lum Rd., Kendleton, was booked at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to signal, expired driver's license, failure to display driver's license on demand and two failure to appear charges. He was still in custody as of 11:30 a.m. Friday.

Tynechia Turner, 25, 414 Rowlet, Edna, was booked at 2:50 p.m. Wednesday for possession of marijuana. She was still in custody as of 11:30 a.m. Friday.

Anthony R. Shelton, 45, 407 Washington, El Campo, was booked at 8 a.m. Wednesday for driving under the influence, no driver's license, no insurance, failure to give information and running a stop sign. He was being held on $4,500 bond as of 11:30 a.m. Thursday.

Jason Robert Malota, 24, 4021 Peach Creek, Wharton, was booked at 1:13 a.m. Wednesday for driving while intoxicated. He was released on $1,500 bond at 1:45 p.m. Wednesday.

Olin Robinson, 23, 603 E. 4th, Edna, was booked on Tuesday for possession of marijuana. He was released on $1,500 bond at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Lindsey Stewart, 31, 2500 Jr. College, Wharton, was booked at 9 a.m. Tuesday for delivery of a controlled substance in a drug-free zone. She was released on $10,000 bond at 11 a.m. Tuesday.

Assault Charges Benito Trevino Jr., 23, 418 Hillje, El Campo, was booked Wednesday for assault-family violence. He was still in custody as of 11:30 a.m. Friday.

Andrew Lynn Lee, 24, 1311 Kingston No. A, Wharton, was booked at 8:34 p.m. for aggravated assault. He is being held on $10,000 bond as of 11:30 a.m. Thursday.

Nicole Elaine Moses, 37, 605 W. Caney No. 3, Wharton, was booked at 8 p.m. Monday for assaultfamily violence. She was released on $500 bond at 1 p.m. Tuesday.

Jermaine Carr, 31, Box 321, Spanish Camp, was booked at 6 p.m. Monday for assault-family violence and possession of marijuana. He was still in custody as of 11:30 a.m. Friday.

He was released at 12:10 p.m. Monday on $10,000 bond.

Julio C. May, 29, 1010 Morton, Palacios, was booked at 8:26 p.m. Thursday for unlawful use of a motor vehicle and immigration hold. He was released to Matagorda County Sheriff's Department on Monday.

Janet Elaine Skinner, 41, 430 Leona, Bay City, was booked at 11:35 a.m. Thursday for five counts of theft by check. She was released at 3 p.m. Thursday on $1,000 bond.

Rebecca Berrera, 31, 2334 FM 2919, Beasley, was booked at 2:50 Wednesday for theft. She was still in custody as of 11:30 a.m. Friday.

Wendell Theodis Ellis, 35, 215 Correll, Wharton, was booked at 1:40 a.m. Sunday for capias pro fines. He was released at 11 a.m. Sunday on $228 in fines.

Jose A. Jaramillo, 18, 1405 Thrift, El Campo, was booked at 3:04 a.m. Saturday for criminal mischief and no driver's license. He was released at 11:11 a.m. Sunday on $2,500 in bond and $208 in fines.

Deon Dupree Earls, 28, 3508 Cline, Wharton, was booked Saturday on a warrant for non-payment of child support. He was released at 11:45 a.m. Sunday.

John Wayne Lee, 49, 227 Collins, Richmond, was booked Friday for bond forfeiture. He was held on $10,000 bond as of 3 p.m. Monday.

Carlos Carrasco, 20, 3502 Cedar St., Victoria, was booked Friday for fraudulent use or possession of identifying information, speeding and no driver's license. He was released at 9:30 a.m. Saturday on $11,000 bond.
