Assaults

Aggravated assault - Reported at the Wharton Square Apartments, Wharton, at 8:07 p.m. Dec. 10.

Assault, class C - Reported in the 600 block of West Caney, Wharton, at 7:20 p.m. Dec. 10.

Assault, family violence - Reported in the 1800 block of FM 2614, Eagle Lake.

Burglaries, thefts

Theft - Reported in the 1000 block of CR 129, Wharton, between 6 p.m. Dec. 11 and 7:30 a.m. Dec. 12. A trailer, spare tire and chains were reported stolen.

Theft - Reported in the 2300 block of North Richmond Road, Wharton, at 5:56 p.m. Dec. 11. Six pallets of St. Augustine grass were reported stolen.

Theft - Reported at Glen Flora Farms, Inc., Glen Flora, between 4:30 p.m. Dec. 7 and 8:15 a.m. Dec. 8. Six Japanese blueberry trees valued at $55 each were reported stolen.

Theft - Reported at Super S Food Store, East Bernard, at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 8. Reported stolen were beer and wine coolers.

Theft - Reported in the 600 block of Dill, East Bernard, between 2 p.m. Dec. 8 and 7:15 a.m. Dec. 10. Six John Deere Gators were reported stolen.

Theft - Reported in the 400 block of CR 221, East Bernard, at 10:30 p.m. Dec. 6. A trailer was reported stolen.

Theft - Reported at Leedo's Cabinets, East Bernard, between 9:57 a.m. Nov. 5 and 7:51 a.m. Nov. 26.

Theft - Reported in the 9500 block of US 90A, East Bernard, between 7:55 p.m. and 8:06 p.m. Nov. 20. Reported stolen were 125 lottery tickets valued at $3 each.

Criminal mischief

Criminal mischief - Reported at the Sweetwater Apartments, Wharton, between 8:30 p.m. Dec. 7 and 3:45 p.m. Dec. 8.

Criminal mischief - Reported in the 300 block of CR 257, Egypt, at 7:15 a.m. Dec. 6.

Criminal mischief - Reported in the 7700 block of Hwy. 60, Hungerford, at 6:45 p.m. Dec. 5.

Other

Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle - Reported in the 2300 block of North Richmond Road, Wharton, at 5:46 p.m. Dec. 11.
