Open horse show Jan. 26

The Wharton County Boots and Bridle 4-H Club is hosting an open horse show Saturday, Jan. 26, at the WCYF Arena and sponsors are needed.

The event begins at 9 a.m. Sponsors are being asked to contribute $50 or an amount within their budget. With an estimated cost of $1,500 for the show, the group has collected $800 from area businesses and individuals.

Sponsors will have their name or business on all printed material for the event and announced during the day.

A sponsor table will be available for business cards, brochures, samples or items pertaining to the businesses.

The horse show will include 30 classes to choose from. Entry fee is $10 a class or $50 for the all-day event (one horse and one rider).

Prospective sponsors may call Pam Hubenak at 979-541- 6192 by Monday, Dec. 17, to have their name printed in the brochure. Those received after that date will be included on all other promotional information on the date of the event.
