EB's Annie opens this Thursday After months of rehearsals, the East Bernard High School winter musical, Annie, will make its debut Thursday at 7 p.m. in the old high school gym. Speech and drama teacher and Annie director, Mrs. Marjorie Tydlacka, is certain that all the hard work and dedication will pay off. Leading the cast in the four performances is freshman Corrinne Mica, who plays the main character, Annie. Though this is Mica's first year in high school, she has years of acting experience under her belt. Sharing the stage with Mica is fellow actor, junior Brandon Holcomb, who portrays the billionaire, Oliver Warbucks. The production of Annie will be performed for the general public Thursday, Dec. 13, and Friday, Dec. 14 at 7 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 15, at 2 and 7 p.m. in the old high school gym. Tickets may be purchased at the door. Admission for students and senior citizens over 65 is $5. General admission is $7, and children under 4 are free. |
