In Custody Alcohol, drug charges Robert Anthony Wilson, 47, 510 Old Caney, Wharton, was booked into Wharton County Jail at 11:50 p.m. Tuesday on a warrant for driving while intoxicated. He was released at 1:54 p.m. Wednesday. Assault charges Patricia Shumbera, 47, 1215 Kingston, Wharton, was booked at 10:35 p.m. Monday for assaultfamily violence. She was held on $2,500 bond as of 10 a.m. Thursday. Burglary, theft charges T.J. Hill III, 21, Route 1 Box 53, Wharton, was booked at 12:05 p.m. Tuesday on a warrant for burglary of a habitation. He was released at 3:15 p.m. Tuesday on $10,000 bond. Adam Paul Andrade, 20, 519 FM 1096, Iago, was booked at 6:10 p.m. Monday on a warrant for theft by check. He was held as of 10 a.m. Thursday. Other charges Roberto Rivera, 44, 1018 Peach, Seguin, was booked at 12 p.m. Wednesday for aggravated perjury and contempt of court. He was held as of 10 a.m. Thursday. Deborah Mozisek, 29, 116 Elm, Boling, was booked Wednesday for forgery. She was held on $15,000 bond as of 10 a.m. Thursday. Daniel Olvera, 30, 310 Forrester, El Campo, was booked Wednesday for probation violation. He was released at 11:25 a.m. Wednesday. Christopher Hackney, 24, of El Campo, was booked Wednesday on a motion to increase bond. He was held as of 10 a.m. Thursday. Clarence Dorn, 49, 134 Pecan, Glen Flora, was booked at 5:50 a.m. Wednesday for capias pro fines. He was held as of 10 a.m. Thursday while serving out four days in jail. Pablo Perez Bernal, 40, Route 4 Box 558, Pharr, was booked at 1:29 a.m. Tuesday for trafficking of a person. He was released at 7 a.m. Thursday on $25,000 bond. Rickey Lowery, 40, 320 E. Belle, Wharton, was booked at 1:10 p.m. Tuesday on a warrant for non payment of child support. He was held on $1,500 bond as of 10 a.m. Thursday. Calvin Dixon, 26, 3416 Kuykendall, Beasley, was booked at 4:30 p.m. Monday for bond forfeiture. He was held on $2,500 bond as of 10 a.m. Thursday.
