Iago, East Bernard 7th, 8th grade girls basketball teams play

East Bernard's two 8th grade girls basketball teams beat Iago last Thursday night in The Barn.

The A team won 35-23.

Lauren Hlavinka led the Brahmarettes with 14 points.

Ashley Anderson finished with 11 points. Lindsey Campbell scored four, Haley Gajewski and Carissa Orsak scored three each.

The B Team won 10-8. Christina Marik scored four and Maria Belman, Addy Embesi and Dominque Sewell scored two each.

East Bernard's 7th grade team dropped a 24-21 decsion to Iago.

Terralyn Williams led the Brahmarettes with six points.

Amber Kieler and Dicey Schauer added five points. Danielle Stavinoha scored three and Barbie Wright added two.
