Class A assault - Reported in the 800 block of North Texas Street, Wharton, between 1:35 a.m. and 1:40 a.m. Sunday. Cleared by arrest.

Aggravated assault - Reported at Caddies, 1115 E. Milam St., Wharton, at 11:20 p.m. Saturday.

Aggravated assault - Reported in the 500 block of South Caney Drive, Wharton, at 9:24 p.m. Thursday.

Burglaries, thefts

Burglary of a habitation - Reported in the 400 block of East Emily Avenue, Wharton, at 1:30 a.m. Sunday.

Theft - Reported at Primo's, 146 S. Richmond Road, Wharton, between 7:30 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. Nov. 28. An air-conditioning unit valued at $2,000 was reported stolen

and recovered. Theft - Reported at Wharton Nursing & Rehab, 418 N. Rusk St., Wharton, between Nov. 27 and 10:30 a.m. Nov. 28. Prescription medication was reported stolen.

Theft - Reported at Sweetwater Apartments, 100 McElroy Ave., Wharton, between Nov. 26 and 1:57 p.m. Nov. 27.

Criminal mischief

Criminal mischief - Reported at Radio Shack, 423 E. Boling Highway, Wharton, at 1:30 a.m. Thursday.
