EB hosts annual Christmas parade this Saturday

The East Bernard Chamber of Commerce will kick off the holiday season at the annual Christmas parade beginning at 11 a.m. this Saturday.

Enjoy marching units, brightly decorated floats and, of course, the jolly man in the red suit, Santa himself.

The parade route will be the same as in previous years, starting at the library, traveling down Clubside Drive to Texas 60, then south on 60 to U.S. 90-A and taking a right on Leveridge Street and disbanding at the high school parking lot. Emmett Tugwell, East Bernard Junior High School Principal, will lead this year's parade as Grand Marshall.

Following the parade, Santa will be available to visit with the children at City Hall.
