Willie Tobar

Mr. and Mrs. Willie Joe Tobar of Wallis announce the birth of their first child, a boy, born at 1:56 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2007, at Gulf Coast Medical Center.

The baby was named Willie Joe Tobar Jr. and weighed 7 lbs. He was welcomed home by his older siblings Everett Brobst and Tayler Brobst.

Willie's maternal grandparent is Keith Rasmussen of Austin, and the paternal grandparent is Ester Tobar of Richmond.

Cade Joines

Mr. and Mrs. Matt Jennings Joines of Wharton announce the birth of their first child, a boy, born at 1:37 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20, 2007, at Gulf Coast Medical Center.

The baby was named Cade Marshal Joines and weighed 7 lbs.

Cade's maternal grandparents are Gerald Scanlon of Chicago, Ill., and Sharon Anema of Mountain Home, Ark., and the paternal grandparents are Jon and Blanche Joines of Wharton.

Great-grandparents are Harriett Bartusch of Worth, Ill., Jerry Joines and Mr. and Mrs. Bennie Chumchal, all of Wharton.

Cade's mother is the former Trisha Lee Scanlon.

Jayden Sanchez

Mr. and Mrs. Leobardo Sanchez Jr. of Wharton announce the birth of their child, a boy, born at 7:51 a.m. Thursday Sept. 20, 2007, at Gulf Coast Medical Center.

The baby was named Jayden Lee Sanchez and weighed 6 lbs., 13 ozs. He was welcomed home by his older siblings Dylan Cantu and Jeremy Sanchez.

Jayden's maternal grandparents are Mona DeLeon and Mr. and Mrs. Morris Espinosa Jr., all of Wharton, and the paternal grandparents are Angelina Chavero of Wharton and Leobardo Sanchez Sr. of Lane City.

Great-grandparent is Hope Espinosa of Wharton.

Jayden's mother is the former Christina Espinoza.

Jonathan Gonzales

The baby was named Jonathan Lewis Gonzales II and weighed 7 lbs., 2 ozs.

Jonathan's maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Christopher Taylor of Pine Bluff, Ark., and the paternal grandparents are Beatrice Gonzales and Juan Pajvaia, both of Bay City.

Great-grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Robert Hagaman of Bay City.

The baby was named Gilbert Herbert Garcia and weighed 6 lbs., 14 ozs. He was welcomed home by his older siblings Adam, Lilia, Gabrielle and Ricardo Jr.

Gilbert's maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Garza Jr. of Wharton, and the paternal grandparent is Herbert Garcia of Lubbock.

Great-grandparent is Rosa Garza of Wharton.

Gilbert's mother is the former Donna Lisa Garza.

The baby was named Jacoby Maddox Partida and weighed 7 lbs. He was welcomed home by his older brothers Issac and Raymond Partida.
